Pricing and supplies are based on length of garland kit. The garland pictured is approximately 6 feet.
---DISCLAIMER---
This is a DIY balloon arch/garland kit that requires assembly. All balloons ship deflated with supplies to assemble. Balloon hand pump is included but we recommend using an electric pump for faster assembly. For reference, a 6 foot garland can take about an hour to assemble. Planet balloons require additional assembly (see printed instructions and video tutorials). Due to the nature of the items we do not accept returns for this item.
