All balloons ship deflated and require assembly. Dual action hand air pump is available to add on to your kit. We recommend using an electric pump for faster assembly! Electric pumps can be found at local party supply stores or online retailers. We do not sell electric pumps in our shop at this time.
Balloons can be inflated 1-2 days before your event. Keep balloons indoors at room temperature. If left in heat, balloons will pop. If left in cold, balloons will shrink/shrivel. Keep balloons out of direct sunlight.

Orders are processed within 3 business days of placing the order. Orders being shipped within the US typically arrive in 5-6 days. Orders being shipped outside of the US can take anywhere from 2-6 week to arrive. If you need your order by a certain date please reach out BEFORE placing your order. In some cases express shipping will be necessary. Once the package is with the carrier we are unable to expedite the order and are not responsible for orders that arrive later than anticipated.
